Examples on Models


Would like to get more training on models – to start utilizing in my every day life.
As far as I understood – you do a model when u feel something negative and want to change it consciously , not just by switching to happy thought .
For example .
C- clutter
T- I’m sloppy , messy,
F- cloudy mind , shame , bad mood
A- sitting and worrying but not doing anything
R- the same clutter – didn’t go anewgere

Intentional
C-clutter
T-weighs down but all I need is to start somewhere even with one shelf
F- liberating not so overwhelming
A get off my ass and do one shelf in kitchen, make list of everything needs to be done in house and plan for 1 hour on days off
R- feeedom , inner peace , room for creativity in brain
