Exception


I started my protocol on Saturday and have lost almost 5 pounds already! I was planning for an exception from 4-7pm for a New Year’s Eve party but I’m afraid that if I do that I will get off track. I feel like I should do it so that I can manage my urges and thoughts afterwards and show myself that it doesn’t have to be that way and I don’t need to be afraid. But maybe I really shouldn’t since it’s so early in the process?
