Exceptions and Back Up Plan


My 30 day goal is basically what the example in the workbook says – stay on protocol everyday. Im having trouble with what my backup plan should be for this goal. When it comes to eating, it seems like the backup plan for not following protocol would be something like fasting, which I know is not the answer! I could just get right back to protocol the next day but that doesnt seem like a more painful plan than the original one. Thanks!
