I have done a lot of thought work on buffering the past two years. I realize when I have a negative thought or feel uncomfortable I grab food. But today I noticed I was very excited about achieving a goal, moving forward even though I felt uncomfortable while working on this goal. Was super proud of myself but noticed I wanted to go grab food after I achieved this. Seems like I’ve trained my brain to grab food constantly. I thought it was only for uncomfortable situation but I’m noticing it’s happening even when things go great. Is that common?
