Hi Brooke – I need help. I’m all mixed up with my weight loss and exercise thoughts. My impossible goal of next year is to lose 40lbs when I think about sticking to a protocol I just know I can’t, I don’t think I can handle how uncomfortable I will be and I’ve tried so many times over the years and haven’t done it. Also I just can’t make myself exercise. I want to – but I just don’t want to move this body. Ugh I’m sorry this isn’t making any sense – can you just help me find a starting point? I feel like I should mention that I just had a baby 3 months ago.. so yah..help?
