My brain is making it mean that if I don’t exercise, I’ll have negative things happen.

– past me took time off from exercise due to health stuff, body changed
– I’d like to keep my physique a certain way
– my neck and body have been hurting lately and I just don’t feel good in my body

I don’t need to make not exercising mean anything. I’m never not going to exercise.

I guess part of it is that I haven’t progressed to the next level of physique and consistency I desire after having taken time off, so my brain freaks out when I don’t do it….

Can you help me see around the corners on this?
