Exercising Makes Me Feel Happy And Powerful – Is It Ok To Keep Doing It While I’m Trying To Lose Weight?


Brooke talks a lot about not exercising while trying to lose weight. I have 30 pounds to lose and am doing no sugar no flour no alcohol for the last 4 weeks and have only lost 6 pounds. I love how powerful i feel when I exercise and want to keep doing it. Am i keeping myself from losing weight by exercising while i am doing this? Is there something i need to do differently since I’m exercising?
