Exhaustion from working hard on goals


I’m self-employed, running two businesses which keep me pretty busy. I absolutely love what I have going on – I’m working on things that make me so proud. But, the problem is that I feel absolutely exhausted by the end of the day. I want to feel less tired and “ran” by my life and goals, but in a practical matter my workload is only going to get heavier as summer comes. Add in working out, being a good partner and dog mom, I feel like I can’t manage this life of my dreams. What do I need to think to keep going when my body tells me to rest so often?
