Exploring buffering


I’m becoming more aware of the ways that I buffer and the results it’s creating. I’m buffering with coaching. I think that it will make me feel better. The idea of not having a coach is really uncomfortable for me. I have spent a lot of money I don’t have on coaching.

A: go to sleep, eat sugary foods, drink alcohol that I don’t really want.
R: I compound anxiety ?
