Good morning,

Feeling really challenged in defining my feelings when working most models. I often get brain freeze leading to doubt, enforcing the thought i am not articulate which then leads to a mental downward spiral. I am also seeing I use the same small group of words to express my feelings, I printed an emotion/feeling wheel of the web which does help . My question is can you point me to materials here or elsewhere that will aid in my ability to assess my feelings.

Interpreting the results of my models is like reading F’n tea leaves, I read what I wrote and it just looks like words with no connected meaning or Ahaaa moment which I assume we are all desiring from this work. Again asking for guidance of finding materials in this area.
