Hi Brooke, just watched the Stop Overeating class and heard you say there are some things about FA you don’t agree with. I am someone who tried FA for several years and know it helps lots of people. I lost weight (it was the only program that ever worked for me in that regard) but was never able to keep it off. When I stuck to the program religiously, I lost my period for months on end (as a young 30-something woman with no gynecological problems), was consistently low-energy and felt something was very off. I also feel “programmed” by the program that it’s the only thing that will ever work for me, and clearly need to do some self-coaching around those thoughts. I was wondering what you disagreed with in the program? I have my own thoughts but was curious as to yours. Thanks!
