Facilitating out of town

Hi Brooke,
I have been asked to be one of the facilitators on a team for a consulting company that I work with part-time. I am actually a coach for them and not a facilitator. The event is two days and in another city so traveling time is involved. My question is about my eating. During the event I will only be able to eat on breaks and what it’s provided. And during the lunch and dinner break the presenter and all facilitators will be doing huddles so eating will be rushed and I won’t be able to go outside to buy my food. If it was a one day event with no traveling I would try to do a 24 hour fast and just drink liquids. But given that it will be a two long day event plus traveling I think it will be too long of a fast for me right now. I am in month 2 of SCS. I have worked so hard to be where I am with my protocol and absolutely no sugar and no flour. I don’t think it is a good idea to put myself in a situation that has too many complicated moving parts regarding food this early on my SCS journey. I have been doing models about this and I don’t believe that I will be able to handle it well. What models could be helpful to do? This event can be a good personal and professional growth opportunity for me, it will definitely be a stretch. And, I don’t see a simple and doable way to have my food all dialed-in so my focus can be on my work. If I had to choose, I would probably choose my SCS journey and not this gig. Appreciate your thoughts and comments.
Thanks,
Oz
