I like and understand all Brook’s self-coaching concepts but fail every time I try to apply them in my life. So far, I tried to implement Monday hour one and food protocol but I couldn’t go even one sticking to either. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Probably total lack of self-control and addiction to self-indulgence. I am very disappointed in myself. These tools make so much sense but they don’t seem to work for me. I have a suspicion that the reason is that I don’t really accept the way things are now in terms of my weight and productivity.
