My impossible goal for 2019 is to not eat sugar or flour for 365 days.
My brain wants to be confused about my 25 fails for the first quarter.
The only fail I can imagine is that I eat sugar or flour one day. And according to brook this ain’t a good fail- it’s a giving up fail- the kind we don’t want to plan for.
Does this mean that I need ti redifine my goal? I didn’t want to do a weight goal because I know how to manipulate my weight and get by and still buffer with sugar and flour. I want to be present this year with my emotions and not use food to escape.
So for those of us wanting to give up sugar and flour for good this coming year what fail goals do we make?
