I struggle with failure and have so my entire life, the fear of failure is debilitating. I do the thought downloads and have identified the problematic thoughts and even ask myself So What if X happens, its what you make it mean. I also understand that i struggle with self compassion because no matter what I keep getting the same self defeating thoughts that end up making me more afraid and feel incapable of anything. Ive done the models and tried switching them around but the thoughts persist.
I want to understand how to fail better and know if there is any resource I can use to lean to be better at failing and not take it so personally.
