At a recent call my coach told me to do a thought download about failure. It was so interesting to look at what came up and it’s no wonder I don’t like failing!

– it means I’m not good enough
– proof that I should feel insecure/have something to be embarrassed about myself
-failing means something is wrong.
– proof I’ll never be able to do it.
– reason to get mad at myself or others
– something to beat myself up with.

How do I change my relationship with failure so that I don’t use it to keep myself small in my life anymore?
