Family Comments

Hi Coaches,
I get very angry with my family. They always comment on my weight and what I eat. They always comment that I shouldn’t have more and that I’m eating too much. They keep on telling me that I need to lose weight.

This makes me angry because I feel like they are ruining my relationship with them. I feel like they shouldn’t comment on me or my weight, and have instilled this unhealthy relationship with food in me.

I end up rebelling and eating more food and overeat when I am around them, just to say a big F U to them. But deep down inside, I really do want to lose the weight.

Please coach me on this.
