Hi, I am heading out for a 3 day trip to Florida with my family and my brain is going wild fire on judgement. I am not the best flyer, so I keep checking the weather even though I have flown enough to know that you can have a very smooth flight on an overcast day and a very bumpy flight with clear skies. This is contributing to my overall anxiety.
After doing a lot of self coaching, I realize it’s basically because I don’t like being exposed, vulnerable or feel like things are not in control for me. I would love some coaching on either opening up to feeling vulnerable or some ladder thoughts. I also noticed separately I have a manual for how my family should act while I am visiting them in Florida—they should make a deliberate effort to spend time with my family. Any help on either of these is appreciated.
