I have been fasting for 4 days. I eat 12pm and 6pm. I wake up at 6am usually and start feeling hunger around 8am, but then its fine. At 10am I start feeling REALLY hungry, I’m tired, I’m often thinking about when I can eat. This is not desire, my body really is hungry. Should I change my eating to 10am? I’m afraid I’m hurting my body otherwise.
