I’ve been off sugar/flour and stopped snacking for a while now and am experimenting with int. fasting.
Coupla q’s:

1. I’ve been getting headaches in the morning. I eat 2 meals a day (around 10/11am then again around 3/4). I have coffee with cream in the morning and sometimes also tea (caf and decaf options).
Are headaches normal? What can I do? I drink a lot of water already.

2. I have been practicing a joy eat once a week – usually a big chocolate bar and half a cupcake. Will this put me in sugar burning mode for more than a day?
