Thank you so much for the overeating course! I NEVER thought I would be ok without sugar and flour… wow! It’s only been a week but it’s been easy! My question is about fasting. I eat at 8am and 6pm. I know it’s not an eating window as typical fasting but will it work in the same way as intermittent fasting? Also, if I have a cup of coffe with heavy cream at 3ish will it break the fast? Eating at 8 & 6 is easy for me but I’m concerned it won’t allow my body to “dine in”.
