Fasting in maintenance?

Hi. I reached my weight goal after 11 months a while ago. I’ve been doing well, but have noticed I’ve done some overeating and feel like cheats with eating more potatoes and having more coffee with heavy whipping cream and fruit and yogurt. I’m dialed in and doing well with on plan foods, but this overeating and feeling like I’ve created some cheat foods for myself that I look forward to, feels like I’m still stuck in old school me a little bit. Also, I do intermittent fasting, but for weight loss in the past, I had done longer fasts and I’m noticing I’m indulging in overwhelm about longer fasts and creating more drama than needed around something I can easily do, or have easily done in the past. I’ve created more excuses.
