I have been doing the intermittent fasting and cutting out sugar and flour. I’m finding that I don’t crave sugar near as much!! Yeah! Success! I am still very hungry all the time tho (stomach growing type of hungry). Is that insulin resistance that you mentioned? How long before I will notice improvement? Did you say two weeks? I am on day 6.
