Fasting too long/too often?

My goal is 30 pounds, I’ve lost 24. I’ve learned a lot about my body by adjusting my protocol from time to time. I’m at the point where I’m fasting between 21-23 hours, meaning I’m only eating one meal a day, 4-5 days/week. That adjustment helped me lose the last 3 pounds. But it’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t lost more than that. I’m sticking to my protocol and I’m not having any drama around it. I’m wondering if my body’s metabolism has just adjusted to expect only the one meal so it’s not accessing the fat reserve I still have or if it’s the food.

I’m 5’3″ @ 128. My meal is a salad with spinach, red lettuce, 1 egg, 1 avocado, kalamata olives, sprinkle of pine & pecan nuts, 1 slice Havarti cheese, balsamic glaze, then a banana w/ 1 tbsp no sugar PB, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Any help you can provide is appreciated!
