I am listening to the stop overeating calls and Brooke says that you will know when you are fat adapted when you can go hours without eating. Currently I don’t eat later than 8pm and eat my first meal around 11am. I haven’t started any protocols yet and I am trying to put them in place. Does this mean that my fasting time will have to be longer than what I already do in order to lose weight?
