Fat Adaptation – Getting Started


Hi! I’m want to start to cut out sugar and flour from my diet. My questions are:
– Does Truvia (Stevia leaf) count as sugar?
– Does alcohol count as sugar? If so, how long do I give it up to become fat adapted.
– Does drinking coffee affect cravings, and/or hormones?
– Do I just tough out the hunger pains that I get when I am trying to eat outside of my “eating window” until they go away?
