I was not very clear with my question! I guess I’m trying to figure out how does your body even start to lose the fat ( before you are fat adapted) if you are not ever fasting for “24-36 hours .” I have read Dr Jungs book and still have the same question. If it takes 24 to 36 hours of fasting to ever get to “the freezer”-then how do we ever lose weight without doing that? (Hope that’s clearer!)
