I’m very fat adaptive and have been for months. I’m also 3 pounds from my goal weight. I am planning an exception day (big celebration). If the entire day is filled with carbs and sugar (I’m well aware of the consequences and like my reasons) what I wanted to know is how long with it take, usually, to become fat adapted again? Does that time it takes change if the day filled with less sugar and flour. I want to eat off protocol on this day, but I don’t want it to take 4-5 weeks to become fat adaptive, so if that’s the case I may change my decision. I enjoy being fat adaptive! The weight melts off in this state!
