Fat for Christmas


Every year I make a goal to lose weight in time for the holidays. The holidays come around and I haven’t lost anything due to lack of effort on my part. Now I think thoughts that I just want the holidays to be over so I don’t have to be out and about and see a lot of people. I want to enjoy the holidays and time with friends and family regardless of my weight. Can you help?
