In setting up a reasonable protocol can you give me some guidelines about how much fat to consume each day? How many “servings” in a day (I tend to use it in bullet proof coffee, on salads, on vegetables and in sautéing. And what is considered a serving? How many tablespoons of oil? How much avocado? How much butter? What is a serving of nut butter? I know I will have to adjust my protocol after I see whether it works or not, but I’m not sure what is reasonable to start with in order to stay satiated, but not so much as to inhibit weight loss.
