Hi Brooke,
I got a question about my father in law. I have done the model (please see below). Any advice on how to improve that relationship based on my model?

C: father in law
T: he does not like me. there is always a silence when we are only the two of us. It is always awkward been around him only, he does not wanna talk to me. I have got nothing to say to him. He probably thing I am to simple as I got nothing to say.
F: awkwardness, shy, silly, useless
A: stress out sometimes I try to make conversation but it always goes wrong – I end up say useless things and he only says yes or not, which makes things worse..
R: awkward moments and repeat/ reinforces the cycle above.
