Fatigue!


I have been following no sugar, no flour, no snacking for 3 1/2 months and keeping my blood sugar very low. Having 1/2 sweet potato with a meal a couple of times a week. And a joy eat once a week. Happy that I reached my goal weight, but I have no energy. Especially after lunch. I can’t have caffeine. Any suggestions of how to get energetic again? I want to feel good at this new weight. Thanks!
