Fear and Models

Dear Brooke,

As I am writing about fear of an upcoming coaching call, I think the most helpful thing is just the thought download of all the fears. As I work through the model, I think I am “getting” now that feeling that feeling is the most important work for me right now. I don’t even feel compelled to make out an intentional model, just sit with this fearful one. I used to rush on to the intentional one, but I suspect the real awareness and healing is by sitting with the unintentional one until I don’t have the urge to run screaming from it. Yes?
