My current model runs like this:
C – impossible goal 55kgs
T- I don’t want to fail
F – reluctant
A – I don’t take much action, I dream about it but don’t plan, don’t execute
R – I don’t fail and certainly don’t succeed.
I’m basing that fear on my previous failures. I know I don’t have to. I know that I get to redefine the word “failure”. I’ve never been able to succeed because of the diet mentality, the scarcity mindset. I know I’m choosing to think that my protocol is akin to a diet. What ladder or bridge thoughts could I use?
