I recently got tutoring around my belief that there are good and bad decisions and I fear making a mistake. I especially fear the feeling of regret and powerlessness . This leads to anxiety, delayed decisions & time spent in indecision. I’m committed to learning to make faster decisions but I cannot yet get close to “there are no wrong decisions”. The bridge thought I’m using is “I’m noticing that I’m thinking the thought I’m afraid of making a mistake”. Are there any other ways I can approach this? I’m practicing making B- decisions and I can do this with minor issues (eg choosing a gift) but so far not with “big” decisions. So hope you can help me.
