I completed all of the thought downloads for the month, but it occurred to me that my “what one thing do you want to accomplish” issues were always actual tasks I needed to get done/had to do, and that more often than not, my emotion needed was “determination,” and “how can you generate this emotion for yourself today?” was almost always, “I just have to do it.” (The tasks are all work related things that I actually HAVE to do.) Did I do the month correctly? How can I have an emotion other than persistence or determination about something that I literally have to do or I may lose my job? It feels that a lot of the stuff I have in my life right now is just stuff I absolutely have to do. Thanks.
