I examined my history of ideas that I came up with vs. Ideas that were absorbed by default or given to me by others.
Question in the workbook was — What can you learn from evaluation of your idea manifestation?
What I learned was that — I follow through more when it’s MY OWN idea. When I absorb an idea from others or when I am given the responsibility/role by default — I’m not quite as fully committed or excited about it.
My next question then is — How can we find our “WHY” to get fully committed to something?… especially if it’s something that is job-related (and sort of “mandatory” as to be “good employee”)?
