Feedback on a "Bridge Thought"

Topic: Personal added value / Safety feeling at work (Get recognized and promoted)

I have the following intentional model:
C: My boss told me that a PM in my team called him to submit an issue while I’m off.
T: The Project Manager is trying to short-circuit me to value himself
F: Frightened / in danger
A: Focus on how the others can harm me; Imagine that I’ll never get the promotion I’m seeking for; become aggressive; less focused on the resolution of the issues or the progress of the topics; more focused on how I can demonstrate my added value versus the others
R: Not very useful / No much added value to the project

I would like to move to this model:
C: My boss told me that a PM in my team called him to submit an issue while I’m off.
T: I’m aware and convinced of my added value whatever the others (my boss, my partners, my team,…) think about
F: Confident
A: Focused on the resolution of the issues or the progress of the topics
R: Maintain and increase my added value

But as this thought is really hard now to believe for me, I’m proposing to myself the following bridge thought:
C: I catch my self thinking “I have no added value at work”
T: As I’ve already felt sometimes that I have an added value, so this might be true
F: Invigorated
A: Do my best at work. Focused more on the the scope of my work that on comparing may value to the others. See more easily situations where I have an added value.
R: Give myself the opportunity to add value

Could you please provide me with your feedback ?
Thank you
