Hello,
I’m relatively new and had a question about the model. I feel like in the examples, the “T” and “R” are similar. Wondering if that has to be the case? I find myself trying to make that the case and I’m not sure I’m using it to its fullest! Here’s an example of what I did today:
C: my body and its weight
T: I look so much worse in reality then I think I do in my head
F: disgusted
A: lose control around food and stray from plan (or fail to plan)
R: I stay stuck at my current weight
C: my body and its weight
T: I can find things about my body to be content about
F: accepting
A: take more control and make choices to nurture my body
R: I feel better about my body at the state it is now
