I would love help brainstorming the thoughts for my intentional model. I’m struggling with creating a thought ladder as many of the thoughts I’m coming up with are not yet believable. (Waking up early is a way of having control, for example). Thanks!
C: alarm goes off in the morning
T: I don’t want to face xyz. I need more sleep.
F: exhausted, physically unwell, overwhelmed
A: hit snooze, stay in bed, sometimes fall back asleep
R: morning is a rush, the day is more difficult
F: in control, motivated
A: get out of bed
R: feel more in control, morning is less of a rush
