How to Feel Better Workshop Question


I was watching how to feel better Workshop videos. One of the worksheet questions was to write down three feelings we would like to have every day. I wrote down confidence, calm, and elegance. After further watching the videos I realize that calm was not going to get me the results I want so I change that to deliberate.

My question is about Elegance. Is that a feeling? Or state of being / result? Or can it be both?
