So if you can pin point several big past incidents that you know you avoided feeling and ate the feelings instead, do you take the time now to address each of those big incidents to feel the feelings or do you just acknowledge that it happened in the past and move forward? I can list several big things that happened in the last few years. My thoughts around those caused my stress, my overeating and big weight gain. I know it. So what do I do with it?
