Feeling awful podcast


Huge thanks to brooke for the feeling awful podcast. It was so needed for me right now and increased my awareness. I do still resist and fear feeling awful. I am trying to use the model to fix it straight away. I am letting it affect everything in my day and every area of life and looking for justifications why I feel awful. Also huge thanks to my coach who pointed out in not getting relief from my thoughts I want to believe about the virus as I’m suppressing my actual thoughts and can’t find them or name my feelings. Love to all as we really feel our emotions good and bad at this time
