Hi, I would love some encouragement and ways to help lift up myself and my family. My husband and I both have been feeling worn out and defeated by our 3 small children. The day feels so difficult- lots of whining, crying, jumping etc. Someone gets hurt every 30 seconds. We haven’t had school or daycare or any break in 6 weeks and it’s wearing on us. I’ve been trying to do thought downloads but it’s very difficult to find a moment alone during the day. I have done a few at night but sometimes I’m just too tired. Any advice would be great.
