Feeling busy


I have repeated thoughts that cause feelings of anxiety/discomfort when I look at my appointment book and look at my to do list on google calendar

“I have so much work to do.”

“I am so busy.”

“There’s not enough time.”

Through completing a model, I recognised these thoughts as being unhelpful. Leading to feelings of panic/anxiety/overwhelm which then prevent me from taking action/effective action which then leads to the result of feeling like there’s not enough time and still the same amount of work.

Any suggestions on alternative thoughts to create different models which lead to different results?
