Feeling crazy

Now that I’m looking at my thoughts I’m beginning to feel a little bit more out of control then when I was paying them no attention. My mental state feels fragile yet a bit chaotic. I’m realizing all of the thoughts that I would like to change, especially since I truly believe they are creating unwanted results in my life. I’ve been doing thought downloads, the model, and journaling in the workbook daily. Is this normal? Am I navigating my mind correctly?
