Feeling Disappointed


So I can’t help feeling disappointed right now. My husband lost his job due to covid and many of the things in my head I had planned look like they aren’t going to happen. Between not looking forward to being able to do any house improvements and feeling so uncertain about our future I can’t seem to get in a positive mindframe. I wake up and within minutes feel worried he won’t find a job and that things won’t get better. I keep saying I’m going to go on the treadmill but don’t do it. I’m in a funk I know things could be so much worse but how do I use the model to become more positive?
