I would like to have some more helpful thoughts to get me through when I am feeling down. I have done a 20 minute coaching session on this same topic and found it really helpful. The first thing I learned was that it was important that I allow and not resists this feeling. I describe the feeling as a dark cloud over my head. I was taken by surprise when it showed up after doing so well since starting in Scholars 10 months ago. I guess I thought I’d never feel this way again so I struggled for a bit trying to chase it away. Of course that didn’t help matters much. Now I am sitting with it and trying to get through each day hoping it will lift one day soon. Please help !
