Now for my question: How is deciding not to feel something (e.g. like worry) different from resisting it? I just watched the Behind the Scenes video and you talk about how you decided not to feel worry any longer. The disconnect for me is that this month we’re working on feeling and allowing our emotions, and your decision not to feel worry any more sounds like resistance. And I thought we are also working on NOT resisting. Could you clarify how you see the difference between indulging in a negative emotion vs. resisting a negative emotion vs. feeling our emotions and allowing them to just be.
