Feeling I need to generate to stop smoking socially

Hi there – I’d like some ideas on a feeling I can generate to stop smoking.
I started my model from the R line

C – At a party
T – I’m willing to feel every feeling without distraction
F – Willing to feel uncomfortable
A – Allow the urges of smoking – Look for “fun” elsewhere – Stop telling myself I deserve a cigarette – Don’t listen to my brain offering me 100 different reasons to smoke the cigarette
R – Not smoking socially

Do you have other ideas/suggestions on feelings/thoughts I can practice ?
